Our History

How AFR Solutions came about

Established in 2014 at Tokyo, Japan, AFR Solutions provides integrated cloud computing solutions built and developed on Salesforce - the world's #1 CRM (Customer Relationship Management). We have been providing Salesforce's consulting services and solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud... for several businesses and enterprises in many regions, including Asian, European, and North American market.

In addition, AFR Solutions also offers LogisForce - our specialized solution to logistics, supply chain and commercial businesses. LogisForce includes several modules which support and enhance business's performance such as Forwarding (FMS), Transportation (TMS), Warehouse (WMS), Human and/or Customer Relationship Management (HRM, CRM)...

With a journey of 10 years in development, AFR Solutions always take the lead in technology trend to meet the demands and expectation of your business.

Founding Story

Meet our Founder

I am the founder of AFR Solutions Japan and AFR Cloud Computing in Vietnam, while also designed our LogisForce system. I sincerely appreciate your interest in our LogisForce system.

I started working in the IT field in 2000. Prior to this, I also worked in Japan in a consulting firm and a logistics company, where I was in charge of system development. Based on this experience, I created an original cloud-based logistics system for global usage.

We have been continuously developing and improving our LogisForce system since 2015. We started with systems related to forwarding and accounting, then kept expanding into inventory, warehouse, and transport systems in order to meet our customers’ needs. In the near future, we plan to develop an e-commerce shopping mall and a mobile POS system. Our system is customized for every client, so that each client can choose which functions they want to use.
